What a amazing experience we had . This was our first time buying a house . Normally people would say it's daunting and overwhelming. Hands down I can confidently say this was such a great experience . Sahil was nothing but absolutely amazing so welcoming and answered all our calls or messages we had !! Thankyou Sahil for the support and opportunity. We couldn't be more thankful !!
Sahil did an amazing job selling our property. He is a knowledgeable agent and very determined. Thanks 😊
Many thanks for the guidance in selling our house, come up to Christmas when market was a little down, committing to long drives to open house every weekend, and the constant updates, resulting in a great out come.....
Sahil was very professional and knowledgeable in selling our 2 properties recently. One was on the market for 2 days and sold the other 2 weeks. Well done Sahil. We only had a few meetings with Sahil, but we knew he was the right person to sell our properties. We have been dealing with real estate agent s for nearly 30yrs and would highly recommend Sahil to anyone looking for a great agent.
Sahil sold our 2 properties in a week, which both price wise and time wise exceeded our expectations. Very obliging and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
When an agent tells you they can sell your house significantly above market - you'd better believe it is possible if you are speaking with Sahil. Achieving a fantastic sale price was only a part of the story. From the start, Sahil spoke openly, with sincerity and understanding around our needs as a family unit. Throw in transparency and honest two-way communication, and the whole process felt exciting rather than ever feeling a shred of stress. I was sceptical at first when Sahil shared that he has numerous prior customers who would vouch for him, but now I get it - and you can add me into the mix too! If you are selling, Sahil's your guy; no questions asked
Sahil was wonderful to deal with. He was so helpful and is a great agent. Whether you're buying or selling I couldn't recommend Sahil highly enough. We look forward to dealing with him in the future when we purchase more properties 5 stars from us :)
Sahil is a very confident real estate agent who has vast knowledge of real estate matters. From my experience I would describe him as a very polite person, superb worker with lot of understanding towards his clients. I would highly recommend Sahil to anyone with intention to buy or sell their property.
We would highly recommend Sahil and his associate, Romil Duhan from Century 21 Cranbourne as Real Estate Agents. They were both professional in all dealings. They were always prompt, friendly, and courteous. Their knowledge of real estate in general and in our area, Narre Warren South, in particular, enabled them to sell our house quickly and obtain more than what we were asking. The settlement was quick and fuss-free, exactly what we wanted. We have no hesitation in recommending both Sahil and Romil to anyone who wants to sell their home in or in a neighbouring suburb of Cranbourne. Thanks guys.
Theses guys were absolutely Amazing to deal with from Start of sale to finish. We told them exactly what we wanted with no nonsense talk as most companies give you when selling property and that's exactly what they provided. We were absolutely amazed when they came to us in 24 hours and had signed sealed and delivered everything we asked off them. Sold out home in 24 hours just beyond amazing. Have already recommend Sahil and his team to our family, friends and also surrounding neighbours who will be going through them in the very near future. Thank you guys so much for everything you have done you have gone much more beyond our expectations and will be dealing with you in the future.
I had a great experience while dealing with Sahil at Century 21, so helpful & knowledgeable about his job and very professional. Fully recommended & definitely will deal with him in near future.
