I have given 3 star just because of property otherwise all the promises made by Saj were false. Even after the final inspection issues reported were not solved and final settlement was done by assuring me that all the issues will be resolved before handling the keys. I called and emailed lot of times but no response. Every time I was told that waiting for seller reply. I am not at happy with service and waited 5 months before writing the review with the hope that may be issues will be resolved. Before buying please make sure you have everything in contract as there is no respect for verbal promises. Thanks Saj.
