Thanks to assist to get the property.Start was good Saj helps to get into the property from Sydney.Few things we didn’t notify until end that oven don’t work ,Fan and aircon was not good working condition.Also after settlement when we put the another aircon the electric cable was not the right regulator maintained cost me another $1500.Spoke to owner of the real estate no help he said if I would rent him out could do something but that stage can’t do anything. Last there was an unsatisfactory end with my brother and saj. My brother who work behalf of me to show me the property. I thought May be will get some compensation but no regrets or call back.
