Average experience. Rather than Saket chasing things up, I was constantly asking for information. I felt like communication and customer service Ended quite quickly once Saket had secured the funds for property. I was told things would happen on certain days, which they didn’t and I am yet to recieve my ‘congratulation gift’ which he said he would come and give me on day 2... 6 weeks later I haven’t heard from him. Very messy compared to the other agents I dealt with at YPA. Not ideal for purchasing my first home!
