The first time I spoke to Sally over the phone, she gave me more confidence in her ability to sell our house in comparison to other companies/people I talked with. We met at the property & during the time we discussed the house, she gave me even more confidence that she could sell the house quickly & for the price we wanted, again in comparison to similar meetings with the other reps I met with. She gave numerous selling options or strategies & what her own belief was for the house, which we went with & quickly succeeded. We had multiple offers within the first 2 days it went on the market & an offer & acceptance was signed on the 3rd day. Unfortunately for us Sally was overseas for most of the time our property was on the market. There was difficulty accessing our property with tenants in it apparently but we wouldn't know as no one from her "team" communicated with us in any form or written or verbal communication. Turned potential buyers away or ignored them completely to the point we resorted to showing potential buyers the property ourselves then lied to the manager of Professionals Rockingham when we complained even though we have all the communications given to us in screenshots from the buyers that did end up buying the place. Overall I find Sally to be deceptive and does not take responsibility and accountability for the properties she is selling. Well, that is our humble opinion anyway. Got a small discount on the commission, any amount over $1 seemed like a ripoff to me regardless because the "team" did very little. I won't be a return customer when buying or selling in the near future.

When you engage an Agent to sell your house you are interested in just two things... Will they sell it quickly and at the right price. Sally did both! She was straight onto the Listing and had two written Offers back to us within a week! One was for our asking price, which we were delighted with and accepted. She was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt with either email or phone call responses and told us everything we needed to do, every step of the way. We never had to leave the house to sell the property, all done remotely, which was marvellous! Couldn't have been happier with Sally Ackersley as our Real Estate Agent.
