From the moment we met Sally we felt very comfortable with her. We had several estate agents come to do appraisals and we both agreed Sally was the agent we wanted to sell our home. She was NOT the agent who gave us the highest price in the appraisal; we chose Sally because she was very professional and friendly, and knew the market in our area well. We felt her appraisal was honest and realistic. Our home sold quite quickly and through Sally's negotiations we got the price we were asking. Throughout the sale process she was extremely helpful and answered any questions we asked. She responded to messages and phone calls quickly and always did whatever she said she would do.
