Sally helped smooth the process considerably, when I recently bought a house in Waikiki. It was a difficult and somewhat stressful situation, as between making my initial offer and the acceptance, the previous owner (an elderly lady) died. So the sales contract was subject to probate being settled within a certain time. Sally was a good communicator throughout this process. She encouraged me to get advice from my own settlement agent before signing. After this point, she followed up with information I had requested (house plans etc) and regular updates on the probate. She was approachable and returned calls promptly, when we had issues to follow up (the bank transfer was delayed, so the sale was later than the original settlement date). Also with issues arising from the house inspection. I found her helpful, friendly and professional.
