Sally was very helpful through the whole process of selling our house. Kept us fully informed at all times with regular phone calls. Was a real pleasure to deal with in what can be a very stressful time. Sally obviously knows the Hornsby Heights properly market very well and we would highly recommend her.
We first met Sally when we were looking to buy in the Hornsby area in late 2014. Although we didn't end up buying from her, we were impressed by her friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable approach - one that has clearly proven to be successful for her, judging by the number of 'for sale' and 'sold' signs you see her face and name on throughout the local area. So when it came time to move interstate in late 2019, we immediately thought of Sally as someone we could trust to sell our house. Sally visited us to offer an initial appraisal of our house, and was very generous with her time given that we were not fully committed to selling at that stage. She outlined a tailored approach to selling our house but was also happy to listen to our ideas and address any concerns (it was the first time we had sold a house and we were a bit nervous about it). Once we asked Sally to be our agent, we found her to be very hands-on and engaged throughout the process. She put us in touch with a stylist, Jody, who made our place look great, provided the details of a gardener who tidied up our yard at short notice and supervised all the photography. Sally personally managed every open house and provided very prompt feedback each week. As we received offers, Sally's extensive experience of the local real estate market was invaluable in helping us to decide whether to accept or not, and also allowed her to achieve a sale price that exceeded our expectations. We learned to trust her knowledge and advice (which was invariably correct) and are pleased we did. Aside from her experience as an agent, Sally did all she could to make what can be a stressful experience as painless as possible. Her warmth and interest in us as a family (our three year old daughter was a big fan - she was always asking when she could see Sally again), and the occasional pep talks if things weren't moving ahead as easily as we hoped were much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend Sally to prospective vendors.
Sally provided excellent suggstion and great help, and I got happy resault without any issue. I'm happy working with her. Thanks again Sally, you've done great work.
Sally's extensive knowledge and expertise is next level ! Many people don't realize the significant value of having a very strong marketing agent driving the sale of your property – while some people may decide on choosing the agent that offers the lowest fees, we chose Sally based on her proven track record and demonstrated results that are consistently superior to competing agents. Her active and strategic marketing approach (not just posting an ad and passively waiting for interested buyers to rock up) means she’ll be working hard for you in order to maximise the sale price of your property and manage the entire end-to-end process for you from house preparation right up to actual sale and settlement. She is very knowledgeable and insightful, proactive, communicates frequently and honestly to keep you updated regularly ,tapping into her very broad trusted network at every stage. Sally has superb people skills and works very quickly to get things done to a very high standard.
Sally was a great agent who gave us the space and time needed to make the decision to sell. Once that decision was made, she continuously updated us and worked hard to give us the best result.
I have been in contact with Sally for several years while assessing when to sell. She was very upfront in telling me about the market and whether to go or wait. When I thought I will be waiting seven months as per experience of other sellers in the neighbourhood, she got an offer on the first open day and more after. I sold my house while I was away on a two months overseas trip and she was a tremendous help in this process when I have to manage the whole thing (cleaning, packing and moving and valuations) from long-distance. Thank you very much Sally. You are indeed tops!
Sally is very professional. She is generous with her time and advice and a great listener. She provided a calm confident atmosphere which, for us, was very comforting in a very stressful time We were very pleased with the sale and highly recommend her to others
Sally made the whole process easy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we felt completely updated every step of the way. She was down to earth and honest from the very beginning. It is clear she is one of the best real estate agents in the area for a reason.
Sally Dodd was our patient and helpful companion for the best part of a year as we prepared our home and ourselves for it's sale. She gave clear and useful advice about preparation and selling strategies and was always one step ahead as she guided us through the whole process. Sally is a very competent real estate agent but she is also very sensitive to the uncertainty and stress that is inevitably part of selling a house. I was very grateful for her steady hand and gentle reassurance. Sally knows Hornsby Heights and surrounding suburbs well. She lives here and understands the demographics which is a great advantage for purchasers and vendors alike. She is highly recommended.
I was immediately drawn to Sally as she was so friendly. Her experience showed itself in many ways. I would recommend her without reservations.
We found Sally to be very approachable; always has time to listen to your concerns, issues and points of view. She was readily accessible and did not once failed to follow up on our need for information and actions. Her job knowledge and experience are of very high standard, especially for the Hornsby and Hornsby Heights areas. We gained the impression that Sally is energetic, enthusiastic and alway on the ball working hard in our interest.
It is no surprise that Sally is one of the most successful & well respected Real Estate agents in the Hornsby / Hornsby Heights area. In our dealings with Sally she was always very professional in her approach and offered a realistic price appraisal of our property. At all times she was available for advice & feedback and treated our views with respect. She was honest & transparent in her dealings with us and has customer service in front of mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sally to other prospective vendors.
