Very happy with Sally's services and assistance throughout the lead up to sale and during the sale process. She did a fabulous job of negotiating with the buyer - very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Sally to anyone considering selling their home.
Sally is a great agent with a gentle and caring nature. She allows you time to make decisions and is not typical of many other agents. Sally has extensive knowledge of the area and is able to project manage any detail needed to sell a property. I felt Sally was invested in our needs throughout the process and went above and beyond in the sale of our family home. Would highly recommend Sally Dodd!
From meeting with Sally she was of constant help & nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend her to any client. Thank you for all your help and going above and beyond. Kind wishes Hugh & Steph
Sally has been an amazing agent. The first campaign was very frustrating for all of us, winter was not kind. However, Sally remained confident and very supportive throughout, proving great advice and constant feedback. The spring campaign, was very different, her advice to wait a short while certainly paid off.... Sold in one week! I cannot thank Sally enough for all her hard work. She has been so kind, very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Throughout the entire journey of selling our property Sally was amazing. From organising things pre-sale, answering questions, informing us about open for inspections and of course the big auction day... Sally was with us every step of the way. Highly recommended.
Sally was a great asset in selling my home. She had a clear and precise plan for not only marketing and executing the sale, but also the finer details like final arrangement of furniture for photos and inspections. This attention to every detail gave me great confidence, and her fantastic communication skills made the negotiation process a breeze. I couldn't have done it without her!
We selected Sally out of three agents because of her professionalism and unique understanding of the local market. In the difficult slow winter/EOFY real estate market of 2017 Sally kept up the activity and interest in our house and achieved a great result for us and for the purchaser.
Sally never put a foot wrong throughout the rather stressful process of selling a house and kept us fully informed at all times. We were very impressed with the level of service provided, and certainly would recommend her to anyone.
Thank you for all your enormous efforts in selling our late parents home. Your professional approach, expert advice, reassurance, caring ways, honesty and integrity along with your open, concise communication, timely, regular updates before and throughout the auction process and quick sale of their property made a stressful time uncomplicated. You are a credit to your profession. We have no hesitation in highly recommending you to any potential sellers or buyers. Thank you for everything.
Sally was selected out of four prospective agents. Her personable manner and strong local knowledge gave us confidence and she more than fulfilled our expectations. Her marketing strategy was clearly successful as our house sold following the first Open Day.
We where highly delighted with the expertise and professionalism of Sally Dodd in the sale of our home. Her market knowledge and experience shone through. She was constantly in touch and the quality of communication was excellent. We trusted Sally, taking on board her recommendations and advice which delivered an excellent outcome for us at the end of the day. Thank you Sally for a great job!
This is the second time have dealt with Sally. Both times I have been very impressed. She definitely knows the area & the market. We established upper & lower limits on our first meeting & she was able to get us the upper limit price. I would recommend her to anyone selling their house.
