Sally is a very experienced agent who undesratnds the market . She was very pleasant in her negotiations with the purchaser, who had an elderly father and was occupied with his health. We also had the purchaser adjusting cattle on the property and so was negotiating with them throughout the deal. We were very happy with Sally's input to the sale result.
