Our experience was ok, however we didn’t exact agree on a price, so we asked for more than the appraisal and got considerably more for our home. I also suggested that the tenant should be asked if they were interested in purchasing the home, but was told that tenants don’t usually have enough for the deposit, the tenant did buy the house and we were happy to accept a lower deposit as long as the bank approved the loan
