Sally thinks outside the box, after we had an appraisal with her, Sally approached us with a potential buyer. This led to our house being sold before going to market and we saved thousands of dollars! Sally went above and beyond throughout the sale process, was always contactable and generally helped make the process smoother. Living local in the area, Sally is very knowledgable on the local areas, facilities, upcoming projects and market trends. My most favourite quality of Sally was her honesty and directness which assisted in knowing exactly where we stood throughout the process and maintaining a great level of trust with her. Sally was very efficient and helped us communicating with the owners to facilitate the sale, organise carpet cleaning and gave us other options for houses in the area we were looking. In just over 2 weeks we moved in. Due to not having enough time we did not conduct an owners inspection and purchased the house "as is" which we advise everyone to do it as we would have been more prepared for what we found after we moved in. (Totally not Sally's fault, our rookie mistake as we had only built before and had never bought an established home).

They comminate exceptionally well and go out of their way to assist with home opens providing help and assistance whenever asked. You are kept up to date with weekly property reports and regular phone calls and updates. I would certainly recommend them to others.
