Very good overall experience

Sally really impressed from the get go with her knowledge of the area and her willingness to work at our truncated timeframe. She was able to get several strong offers within 3 weeks of listing, and kept in touch during our longer than usual settlement period. The only thing that wasn't ideal was a couple of instances of missed communication between Sally and her team on settlement day and the days afterward that led to a little more stress than would have been preferred. This shouldn't take away from the very good job that Sally and her team did, and I would still highly recommend her for selling properties in the area. All in all, a great job done.
