Professional, accessible and great personality

Sally actively approached me about units that could suit me, and was very willing to walk through it on WhatsApp with me, then arranging for someone to inspect on another occasion. I never felt that it was inconvenient for her, although it would probably have been. I also found that she was transparent about the body corp circumstances and issues in the buildings, and didn't present me with selected 'truths'. When I did my detailed research in the contract documents, I found that what she had told me was accurate, which has not been the case with other agents for other places I have been interested in. All in all, Sally made the sometimes scary journey to purchase easier by listening, being honest and always ready to go a bit further than what a buyer can usually expect.
