Excellent agent and dealt with delays well (not agent fault)

I had NO clue where to start when looking for a real estate agent to sell my property so I actually found Sally using this site, because selling your place is a HUGE thing, and I would prefer to do my research. I'm really glad I did - she has a wealth of knowledge about the area, market trends, and I felt I was in safe hands at all times. Her communication is warm, transparent, and honest. If you're reading this wondering who you should go with -- Please organise a time to chat to her about selling your property! I had a lovely phone call with her prior to meeting with her, and when I met her she doesn't exaggerate or deceive you with the price she may get for your property. I found her market appraisal research to be impressive, thorough, and quite relieving to know I'm picking someone who knows their stuff! She sold our property for higher than we initially wanted. Not to mention, she sold it at the first open home. We wanted a quick sale, and what we got was quick, but also a result that could have taken other agents many more open homes to achieve. The photographer, Wayne, who works for Elders is fantastic and deserve a mention too. The entire process was a first for me and she guided me through it all. From our very first meeting I knew Sally had to be our agent, I didn't get any of the BS that I have had from others (I had to sell an apartment in Holroyd early last year, I wish I had known Sally then!) from the moment the contract was signed she worked her little but off, she explained everything in great detail, in language I could understand , we had a few difficulties after the first open house, not of anything Sally did, more a domestic situation on our part, which Sally dealt with in a very diplomatic and caring way. She is an asset to Elders, she is the poster girl for all estate agents. Sally was knowledgable and coped under some difficult circumstances - ours and hers. A couple of communication hitches held things up - Joseph not so much Sally. Marsden Road was our family home. After the passing of our mum and aunty it was time to sell.The sale went well after a few hick ups. Sally had it all under control. She arranged for the house to cleaned and set up for the open houses. This was due to myself and my sister living interstate and not be able to spend the time needed.
