I don't often write reviews unless I've had a very bad experience. On the other hand I wanted to write this positive review as the outcome we achieved for the sale of our unit in Mt Druitt was outstanding. Stockton Grange have been the managing agent for our investment property for 11yrs ( although it has changed ownership during this time ). I won't lie & say it has always been a positive experience. Other reviews can confirm there has been negative experiences relating to a particular staff member, mismanagement of properties, & lack of commitment to their clients etc.... I can honestly say that Sally Muirhead is the best thing that has happened to this buisness since our association with Stockton Grange. After deciding to sell our property we actually were about to sign up with another agency as we weren't happy with the management of our unit. After a meeting with Sally & a discussion re the issues we were having we decided to entrust her with the sale of our property. The result Sally managed to achieve for the sale was amazing & we had an offer $20k above the asking price range the day of the "first open inspection". I can say without a doubt that Sally is the most genuine, honest & dedicated sales agent I have ever had the pleasure to meet & to do business with & I've never said that about an agent ever !!!! Since Sally's return to the agency she has achieved great results & is slowly managing to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
