Sally went above and beyond to mitigate the challenges of dealing with some unrealistic buyers who decided to try to change conditions, and timeframes, after offer. She absolutely will have your back in a market with people trying to undercut your asking price and fair terms. Great experience all round.
Sally proved to be efficient, however she was not the most friendly or compassionate agent I have dealt with. My mother witnessed a phone call between her and I when she was on speaker and she was appalled at the way in which Sally had spoken to me. The process had already been more than I could handle at the time and I was feeling quite emotional about the sale of my current home and purchase of the new one through Sally, and sadly her lack of empathy and abruptness left a bad taste in my mouth for agents in general. It has not been a pleasant experience at all.
