I’ve had to lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and the ACCC relating to deceptive and misleading conduct of this agency - do yourself a favour and use any other agent in the area - who knows how much longer they’ll have a license after I’m finished on my mission

When doing our research on buying on the northern Gold Coast it was clear to us that we need to talk to Sally based the amount of properties she had sold that fitted our brief. I had spoke to many other agents before we met Sally that were very professional but we felt most comfortable with her due to her ability to match the right property to the right buyer and her in depth knowledge of the area including future plans. She was very easy to connect with. When Sally let me know that a property came up that we would be suited I didn't hesitate to get on the next flight to inspect. It was definitely the right property for us and we went to contract the next day. We were also very happy to meet Jessie Burtt whom is a very important member of "Team Sally O'Neill". Both Jessie and Sally have been fantastic providing support for us before we moved from Sydney including an extensive list of tradespeople and suppliers to help us settle in that was incredibly helpful

If you are looking for a property in North GC, you have probably noticed that Sally has the market cornered - yet somehow she is able to attend all those open houses, send you photos of up-and-coming homes for sale and answer (my) endless questions. She has amazing patience and a sense of calm - we just purchased our dream house from her, and while I was freaking out throughout the negotiations, she and Jess stayed calm and helpful. It was an unusually difficult negotiation and Sally went way above and beyond to get us and vendor on the same page and to make the sale happen. Thank you Sally and Jess - I still pinch myself when I wake up in the morning!
