I had two bad experiences with Real Estate Agents who both keep telling me I needed to lower my price, saying it was a pricing issue, when actually they were just bad agents. Sally is professional, very approachable and honest, and she did a great job of securing a sale for my home during a really difficult time. She made the process easier, and stress free which was not my previous experience. Her communication was second to none and she was always very quick to respond to all queries from the buyers, and myself. Sally sold it within a short amount of time, whereas previously it had been on the market for nearly 12 months. It wasn't till I pulled it off the market and contacted Sally that things started happening.
