Overall, during the process purchase of my house, I had a more than pleasant/professional experience in purchasing through Sally and Jessie and I cannot speak highly enough of dealing with both of them. At all times, the level of professionalism, expertise and the level of assistance, which I received from both, was above and beyond my expectations. I have dealt with many real estate agents during my time of property ownership and for some, I do not care to write any appraisal, but in this instance, I would like to share my experience and gratitude to both Sally and Jessie. At the time of my purchase, I am Sydney based, which could have made my task of purchasing a property in Queensland a nightmare, based on the distance and the lack of ability to do things in person. As a result of being in Sydney, I found that I had to communicate more by phone and electronically, regarding questions/concerns for the initial house purchase and regarding the purchase process in Queensland. Also, as I have never lived in a gated estate, Sally assisted me with general questions regarding gated estate living. At all times, the reply received was very punctual and within a time frame that I would have expected and even less. My experience with Sally and Jessie was that they were always happy to assist at all times, regardless of the question and they are more than happy to further assist after the purchase.
