I had been looking for a new home for a while when I first met Sally at one of her open homes - her manner and friendliness was very impressive as was her knowledge of the area. A few weeks later caught up with her again and she told me about a property she thought might suit my needs and she was right! Sally totally worked around me and my schedule. As I have many International guests, this was no easy task for her and Jake Willis. Sally was very open and honest, gave honest feedback from open homes and handled the negotiations very professionally looking after all concerned. Extremely punctual. Sally didn't waste time calling meetings and was efficient and to the point. Exactly what I wanted. I feel as though my sale couldn't have gone any more smoothly. If my expectation of what my house was worth was more realistic I have no doubt it would have sold within the first week or so.

Jake showed us the property first in August 2017. After we signed the contract, the O'Neill team was relatively quick to organize everything and made sure to remind us of building insurance and gave us prompt confirmation for receipt of deposit. Jake was easy to communicate with during the process and was patient during our building inspections and pre settlement inspections. He was also helpful when we needed a quote for repairs.
Sally did a great job and kept the process moving through some sketchy patches. She found the perfect house for us.
The purchase of a new home in Oyster Bay was a nice experience when dealing with Sally O'Neill. Sally was quick to identify exactly what we needed. The sale was processed quickly referring us to Pest and Building plus a suitable solicitor to process the sale. I would use Sally O'Neill again.
