Sally has a genuine love of houses which makes her a dream to sell your home. She is quick to seek out remember the unique features that sets your house apart from others. I am not sure how she manages this skill in making you fell that yours is the only house she has on her books. She mentioned that her job is to keep the stress off sellers and she certainly managed that with dexterity and good grace. The whole selling process, to my surprise, was enjoyable and anxiety free. Sally was the first person I contacted when I wanted to put my unit up for sale. She had sold a unit for me previously in just over a week. This time round, the sale was achieved after a few days. Sally kept me informed at all times. She is an absolute professional in her field and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Sally is a first rate Sales Agent. Sally gave us a range of sales prices for our house and a best estimate of its most price. It sold for over $2.3 MM, her estimate was $10,000 different so say her market knowledge was first rate. Sally assisted with advice on how to best prepare the property for market. Well into the process on her advice we moved our tentative sale date forward one month as she felt there was absence of competing properties. It was smart feedback. Communication was always straight forward and without issue. Phone calls were returned promptly, she kept BOTH of us independently updated, answered our questions and understood our sensitivities. Interested buyers were kept informed. As requested we did receive offers prior to auction however while they were good we were advised by Sally not to accept any of them and proceed to auction. Her assessment was that the purchaser would be at the auction (despite comments otherwise). The extra amount we gained by following this advice in fact just covered her sales commission which indicates how acceptable the offer was and how finely and accurately Sally assessed matters. On the day, again on the advice of Sally, the house was passed in at auction & Sally had direct negotiations on the spot with several of the under bidders. Eventually armed with an offer good enough for us to accept Sally used the fact that the house was about to be sold that afternoon to get more offers from reticent bidders who had hung around but not even bid at auction and the property was sold to one of them. As can be seen from my comments above Sally did not put a foot wrong through the whole process. Our sole relationship at any level with Sally has only been through the sale of this house and the comments above are good because she was excellent.
