I found Sally to be very professional, down-to-earth and easy to deal with. From our discussions I could tell she knew the area very well and had a very thorough knowledge of other local sales and how they compared to the property we were interested in. She was good at making valid, convincing points but in a genuine way that did not make me feel as if she was making a hard sale or was pressuring me. Her timing was very good - she seemed to know exactly when to leave us be and when to make contact/follow up. She is a 'straight shooter' which I like, and I think it progressed negotiations more quickly and also meant we had trust in her, even though we knew that she was acting for a vendor.
