Sallyann, introduced the the premise of interest to us without withholding any information regarding any of our questions (there were a few :). Sallyann provided us with information beyond that of alternative Real Estate Agent/s when comparing appearance, knowledge regarding the neighborhood facilities etc, the general information regarding the background of the premise of interest.
