Sam never put pressure on us and was completely honest and direct in passing on information regarding the market, the potential buyers and his experience relating to sale price and expected length of sale. Sam is everything you could hope for in an agent and was always courteous and responsive to any communication with a pleasant disposition. Was happy with the process overall. It did take 2 days to get a phone call from the Agent to tell us the Settlement had been effected. Also we found out that the Contract had been signed by the Seller when our Solicitor rang to say they had received the Contract (from the Agent).
