From a first home buyers perspective, Sam's market knowledge, communication and professionalism certainly appeared to be of high quality. He was helpful, friendly and always replied back to a message within the appropriate time frame. Prior to meeting Sam I had a horrific experience with another agent (from a different company) where my contract was destroyed minutes before being signed off by the vendor. You can imagine this scarred my mental health turning me into a hater towards the profession. Dealing with Sam however has somewhat restored my faith in real estate agents hence why I've decided to keep his face on my refrigerator I.e. the magnet he sent me for Christmas!

You will not find a more responsive, diligent, hard working, optimistic and honest estate agent than Sam Abboud.
