The whole process was conducted very professionally and Sam always kept us fully informed regarding every open inspection. The whole sale process was done through the convenience of phone calls, so that we didn't even need to go to his office. Everything was arranged for us immaculately by Sam and his office, including the management of the current tenancy, inspections, exit reports (which was a comprehensive 42 page long report) and relaying of information to our legal.
