Sam Abboud was great during the whole process of selling our Carlton apartment. He was honest and upfront and told us from the beginning things had slowed down with sales of apartments in the city and set a proper expectation to how much we could sell it for. It wasn't the price we were hoping for but Sam was right to warn us from the beginning. It was a slow process in which we had to keep dropping the price to meet the buyers market. It hurt a little but at the same token it wasn't due to Sam not trying his hardest to still get an acceptable price for us. The current climate for property is unfortunately the way it is. We appreciate Sam guiding us through it and in the end making sure we had a 30day settlement and a price we could be satisfied with.
