We were unsure what price to ask for when considering selling our home as it was a unique home for this area and little to compare with in the price bracket for other local sales. Sam listened to what we thought and agreed that we should test the market to see what sought of response we would get. While we got a lot of people looking at the house it was obvious that the price was a little high in the current market. At no time did we feel rushed and Sam's patience and down to earth nature made him extremely comfortable to work with. He suggested that we drop the price by about 10% and stick to that price and it was only going to be a matter of time before the right buyer would come along and sure enough that happened. Sam is a lovely guy , however he checks in far to often over trivial matters, he needs to learn to relax and dress down a bit , wearing a tie at 9pm is unacceptable, his mother would be devastated if she knew he didn't undo his shoe laces!He has been known to have holes in his socks too. I would hate to live at his house , all the lights would be on day and night !! I would definitely do some serious research before hiring this guy, you should probably get a police check as well , you can never be too sure . at the end of the day he sold the house , JOB DONE
