Bell should be very pleased to have Sam as their employee. There were many times when I had questions/needed advice from Sam; he always gave me plenty of time and made me feel important. If we missed each other Sam always left messages and would phone again if I had not got back to him. After each open for inspection he followed up with me/mum superbly. Not to mention how Mum thoroughly enjoyed her time with Sam when he attended the unit. Sam's patience and care when dealing with a client who is 88 years old was absolutely wonderful.
