If we missed each other Sam always left messages and would phone again if I had not got back to him. After each open for inspection he followed up with me/mum superbly. Sam was great at guiding us through the daunting bidding progress of a private sale. Unlike other agents who only give you one chance, Sam worked with us so that we knew how we were fairing at every point, helping us to buy the one we wanted.
