We bought a house through Sam and found him to be very friendly and helpful from the start to the finish. He never made us feel pressured and was very good at his job. He was very efficient and nothing was too difficult for him when we asked to see the house a few times etc. Highly recommended and we would use him if we were selling a property.
Sam is young and enthusiastic and has plenty of energy to get the best deal for you. I had a property that had a block with no building so quite difficult to ascertain buyer interest , but this soon became clear that buyer interest was high and Sam handled the multiple enquiries with ease and communicated very well despite the fact that I was interstate and not always within easy reach.
