Sam was a massive help, he sat down with us to work out what we were after and took us through the house hunting process step by step. The communication through Sam was fantastic, as soon as he came across something that he knew we'd be interested in he was straight on the phone. If we couldn't make it to the scheduled open house time he always arranged another time for us. He was constantly on the hunt and let us know about properties before they had been advertised.

Sam is 100% honest, he looks after your property like it is his own, he provides a report within 2 hours of any inspections and negotiates hard on behalf of the owner of the property. He listens and respects any owners concerns. I would highly recommend him.
