What started as a long weekend trip to Hobart turned into an opportunity to purchase our dream home, assisted from the first point of contact with Sam of 4one4, through to the final day of exchange. An initial call to Sam to see if we could view the property to accommodate our inability to attend the open home, was met with a willingness to help. This 'can do' attitude through the whole negotiation process was ever apparent, even to the point that Sam visited the property ahead of exchange to take and send us photos of some items that were addressed as part of the B&P inspection clauses.
