Well.. what can we say about Sam. He is brilliant at what he does. His work with our home purchase was nothing short of brilliant. From start to 'almost' finish, if he says he will do something to hasten and advance our purchase, he will do it... and does without messing around. The whole process was thoroughly explained to us and if anything important arose, he contacted us to explain the situation and obtain instructions.
