I spent nearly a year searching for a property, through all the false starts, auction misses and craziness of the Sydney market. I was quite jaded and tired of the whole process when I found this property, and of course knew the selling agent is always working for the seller, not the buyer. Yet from the first minute, Sam was honestly a breath of fresh air - responsive, flexible, answered any (and many) questions, kept communications open throughout the negotiating period, facilitated non-standard terms, and was faultlessly professional, friendly, transparent and kind throughout. I honestly don't know how he stays so genuinely nice and positive in such a cutthroat industry. And somehow he manages to balance family life alongside total commitment to landing good outcomes for both sides of sale and the crazy hours that can entail. As a first home owner, it was very stressful, I had been searching for a property for awhile and went through many different real estate agents. I would most definitely recommend Sam Outch! He had fantastic customer service, great market knowledge, and most importantly at a more personal level, incredible communication skills.
