Sam and Yen were just amazing to deal with. As a first home buyer we had been looking for suitable residence in Tarneit and by chance happened to meet Yen in one of the regular house inspections, we did not really like the inspected property and then Yen went out of her way and on the spot showed us two more properties. The first one was alright but she assured us that the second one would be to our liking...and so it was ! Both agents had a good understanding of our requirement and surpasssed our expectations in the services given to us till the final settlement.
