Well I'm not sure what we would do without Sam and his honesty and integrity. We engaged Sam a few years back to sell our property and we went with another agent who promised us the world, Sam was honest with us and did not believe he could get the price we were after so we went with the other agent. Biggest mistake we made, they promised the world and got us nothing (we just wasted our money and learnt a big lesson). We engaged Sam recently again to sell our property, Once again his honesty was a breath of fresh air and the outcome for us was exceptional and over and beyond our expectations. Sam just went about his job, he provided regular updates to us (on our terms so our working lives were not interrupted) and our tenant so there were no surprises and we were all happy.
