Sam was great to deal with as a buyer. She communicated quickly and was able to liaise with myself and the seller even out of hours to help close the sale. She utilised her team to make the buying process as smooth as possible over the holiday period, and even went so far as to drop my keys off out of hours so I could enter the property as soon as I arrived in Perth. We asked Sam to help sell our house on a Monday at lunchtime. She agreed to meet us that evening, had house photos taken on Wednesday, an online listing published on Thursday, 2 home opens on Saturday/Sunday and the house was sold at a price above our asking price by Sunday night.
