I don't believe that in general real estate agents are held in high regard but that has not been the case in my dealings with Sam. It is understood that he is trying to achieve the best possible result for his vendor but in saying that he has also taken a pragmatic approach which has resulted in a fair result for both the vendor & myself as the purchaser.
