Downsizing from acreage Sam found us a lovely home in Somerville with the privacy we needed. A large shed big enough to put our caravan in and beautiful gardens. He went out of his way to help us and nothing was to much trouble. I can not recommend Sam high enough, his knowledge of the area and the market was truly professional.

Buying a house amidst the pandemic can be a horrifying experience. The rules regarding inspections, house visit had kept changing and the only constant had been Sam's effort in making the whole experience lovely for us.
