Sam was constantly in touch explaining who and how many potential buyers he was taking through Mum’s home and just under two weeks later, the property was sold. I contacted Sam on a Thursday afternoon in relation to selling my house. Within two hours of speaking to Sam, he was at my house with a full Marketing pack.
