Sam was very prompt in giving me an appointment to view the property. Sam arranged for me to meet with builder and was there to answer any questions I had relating to the build. He had sent me through floorplans and inclusions prior to the inspection and had worked with the builder on a number of projects, I felt his recommendation was both very positive and realistic. Neither made any promises that I didn't feel they would be able to meet. Sam then made it easy in relation to walking me through the basics of the contract and the aspects of the sale.
