Knowledgeable and transparent communicator

Sam was extremely knowledgeable which made the process so easy because we could trust Sam to do his job and do it well whilst keeping us in the loop when the need was there. He was transparent in all communication, not sugar coating everything but being realistic which was refreshing because it meant that we knew exactly where we were in the process the whole way through. Highly recommend.
