Great Experience

I have to say, my first interaction with Sam was extremely positive. From the day of my enquiry he responded immediately, sharing the contract, building report and booking in a time for us to inspect the property. From the minute we walked into the house, he was friendly and personable. He gave us information about the property and showed us around, pointing out areas which may have been of interest before we conducted the inspection on our own. As we were leaving, I had several questions, in which Sam took the time to answer in detail. Over next the week, Sam was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the market and property itself.
