We initially prepared the property as a rental, but after assessing the likely gross rental yield, decided a sale was our best course of action. The agent acted in a professional manner and provided satisfactory communication as to the sale process. I also queried the agent process following settlement given scammers targeting vendors on transfer of sales proceeds. The agent advised a multifaceted approach to reduce this risk. A finally assessment of the agent can only be made post settlement, but at this time I can satisfied with the outcome the agent has achieved.
