Dealing with Sam Carbone has been a rewarding experience. I engaged Sam to sell my old red brick unit that I owned as an investment for 35 years. This was a hard-to-sell 1 bedroom unit due to age and not having a covered car space. Sam and his team persisted with many open homes, and gave me continual feedback from comments from potential customers. Sam was able to negotiate a price which we were happy with. From the beginning Sam gave us great advice on how to first prepare the property for sale regarding the areas to renovate, and he and Darcey personally attending the open home and negotiating with the buyer He also wasted no time in arranging for the exchange of contracts. He always answered my calls without delay whenever I had any doubts during the process.
