I was looking for a property in Rye and went to a home open that Sam had. Whilst that property wasn't what I was looking for, Sam took the time to actually talk to me (seems basic, but other agents didn't) and suggested other houses that might be better suited. I subsequently bought one of the ones recommended that Narelle at Crowders had open the following week. The follow up from Sam and Narelle was great, and made buying the property easier. Very professional and transparent in the process. Narelle kept us well informed even though it was a very stressful process. Not sure why it had to happen so quick. Selling 2 days after first open is extreme. Apart from that all went well.
