And this was 100% the case. They even assisted preparing the house with final touches for the OPEN FOR inspections. In summing up, my parents listed with Crowders on the Monday, marketing & photo shoot was completed by Wednesday, everything on-line by Thursday, 1st Open on the Saturday & house sold on Sunday.
