A good result overall

We first dealt with the Crowder team when we went looking for a bigger beach house to accomodate three family generations that the old beach house could no longer accomodate. We were very impressed with the knowledge & professionalism of Sam and Narelle and their team and the purchase went smoothly albeit the process was longer than anticipated due to factors outside of the control of Crowder's. It was then a question of selling the old beach house and we had no hesitation in appointing Crowder’s as our Agents. This was no easy task as it was very much a buyer’s market. Ultimately we were successful and Sam and his team managed the process very well, always helpful, friendly and constructive and honest when we sometimes needed to hear what we didn’t want t hear.
