Sam helped the reviewer sell this property

Sam is the best, outclasses the rest!

From the first time I asked Sam to come and appraise my property through to Settlement, Sam has been professional, positive, dedicated and has provided a wealth of knowledge about all areas of real estate. Sam listens, he makes time, he is always smiling, he is happy, kind, confident and respectful as well as understanding and accommodating. At times it feels as though I am talking to a good friend, which speaks volumes. Sam goes the extra mile by doing helpful things that would not be normally expected from or heard of from a real estate agent, which has been impressive and appreciated. I am very happy I chose Sam from Prentice Real Estate, he has provided me a first class service. If I buy or sell in the future on the Mornington Peninsula I will be contacting Sam! I have bought and sold with Prentice Real Estate as they have proven to be the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agency on the Mornington Peninsula.
